Any Burundian living in Regina or its surroundings is a legal member of the “B.C.R.Inc”. A legal member may choose to become an active member upon verbal or written request addressed to the Board of Directors of “B.C.R.Inc”.

B.C.R. Inc ensures the visibility and representation of the Burundian community of Regina and its surrounding areas to public institutions, other community organizations as well as partners and donors.
